Matthew Gitelis
Founder, CEO
Matthew Gitelis started his career as a financial analyst covering mergers & acquisitions and capital raises for clients based in Chicago, New York, and Toronto. After leaving the world of Wall Street, he worked as a senior researcher at NorthShore University Health System and Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in Chicago where he learned firsthand the many challenges facing healthcare data & analytics professionals. He is an author on more than 30 peer reviewed papers and has presented at academic meetings around the world.
John Gerhardt
Chief Technology Officer
John Gerhardt started his career as an engineering lead in the FinTech industry based in Connecticut and New York, leveraging his background in finance. He then joined Contactually, where he helped build the product and engineering organization, raise a Series A, and ultimately sell the company to Compass Real Estate in 2019. At Compass, John led the Technical Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology groups, supporting Compass to go public in April 2021 and growing from 150 in product and engineering to over 1,500. At PatientIQ, John leads the development and innovation of our platform, ensuring both intuitive design and delivering value.
Michael Casey
Vice President, Operations & Strategy
Mike Casey started his career in investment banking focused on middle-market M&A transactions before migrating to private equity. Prior to PatientIQ, Mike worked in the Chicago Cubs front office as a member of their Strategy & Development Team. In that role, Mike was responsible for developing enterprise-wide business strategy and helping lead the cross-functional execution, including major corporate development opportunities. During his time at the Cubs, Mike helped launch 12 new ventures for the enterprise. At PatientIQ, Mike is responsible for building new customer relationships, guiding strategic growth, and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Molly Ducker
Chief of Staff
Molly Ducker is the Chief of Staff at PatientIQ, where she partners closely with the CEO to scale operations and foster cross-functional alignment. She began her career in consulting, focusing on revenue cycle operations and large-scale EHR technology projects for health systems. Prior to joining PatientIQ, Molly served on the Client Advisory team at Pareto Intelligence, delivering technology solutions to payers in the risk adjustment space. Her efforts at Pareto contributed to scaling the company’s solutions and customer base, leading to an acquisition and eventual IPO. Molly holds a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jill Dunn
Vice President, Customer Success
Jill has more than 20 years of experience within healthcare, helping to drive growth and bridge customer needs with product solutions. Prior to joining PatientIQ, Jill led customer success teams within several healthcare startups and health systems and successfully increased relationship growth and understanding between the product and its end users. At PatientIQ, Jill is the backbone of our customer success infrastructure, ensuring positive relationships with existing customers and informing continuous product improvement.
Kate Pascucci
Vice President, Marketing
Kate Pascucci specializes in healthcare growth marketing. She holds a degree in Communication & Applied Economics Management from Cornell University. Prior to PatientIQ, she served as VP of Marketing at Collette Health, Stratasan (since acquired by Syntellis) and AMN Language Services (previously Stratus Video.) She has assisted in bringing three companies (Stratus Video, Byte, and Stratasan) to a successful exit. She specializes in top-of-funnel demand generation, content marketing, and thought leadership. At PatientIQ, Kate leads the marketing team and is responsible for company branding, top-of-funnel lead generation, content development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Dan Lieffort
Vice President, Med Tech
Dan Lieffort is an experienced med tech leader with a background in strategic marketing and commercial management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University. Dan has worked at both early-stage companies, such as OrthoSensor Inc., and large corporations, including Stryker and Zimmer Biomet. At OrthoSensor, Dan played a pivotal role in shaping the product portfolio strategy, which ultimately led to a successful nine-figure acquisition by Stryker. At Stryker, he led marketing and commercial teams in the development and launch of sensor technology, digital health platforms, mobile applications, wearables, data analytics solutions, and intra-operative enabling technologies. His extensive background is characterized by a strong focus on cutting-edge technologies and leveraging data to optimize clinical outcomes and drive commercial growth.
At PatientIQ, Dan is focused steering the strategic direction, development, and market success of our software solutions for medical device manufactures, biotechnology companies, and other industry partners.
