Description: The QuickDASH is an 11-item questionnaire designed to measure physical function and symptoms in people with any or multiple musculoskeletal disorders of the upper limb. It is a shortened version of the 30-item DASH questionnaire.

Scoring Method: Items are scored on a 5-point Likert scale, and the total score is calculated by averaging the scores of the completed items and converting it to a score out of 100. Lower scores indicate better physical function.
