AAOS has partnered with PatientIQ to built a modern clinical registry infrastructure and turnkey solution for participants to collect and submit outcomes data to the Fracture & Trauma Registry (FTR) and Shoulder & Elbow Registry (SER).

With PatientIQ, orthopedic surgeons receive an end-to-end registry participation solution that leverages EHR integration to automate the collection and submission of not only PROMs, but all other registry data. The offering includes smart forms that are auto populated with data extracted from the EHR and embedded directly in the patient's chart for clinicians to enter advanced data elements (e.g., surgical approach and technique).
